Responsibilities:
-Daily Bar operation, maintaining stock, monthly inventory control
-Ensure the team serving drinks to company standards
-Interacting with customers, recommending and explaining products
-Coming up with creative new drink ideas to Mixologist
-Ensure the bar is clean and presentable
-To keep the bar team morale
 
Requirements:
-At least 3 solid experiences in bar operation
-Less experience will be considered as Bar Supervisor
-Great beverage knowledge – wine, cocktails, beers and other beverages
-Strong inter-personal, leadership and presentation skills
-Great customer service and communication skills
-Team player
- Able to speak in English, Cantonese is a plus
