Responsibilities:
-Maintain restaurant wine lists
-Train staff on wine varieties and service
-Monitor incentives schemes
-To assist and make appropriate wine suggestions tailored to our guest's unique dining experience
-Daily wine storage procedures, monthly inventory control & waste management
-Assisting daily on the floor during service in support of FOH operation
-Completing daily wine orders
-Working closely with venue management to execute ongoing wine trainings, tastings and menu -overview with FOH staff
 
Requirements:
-At least 3-4 years relevant experience in Chinese &/or Western restaurant environments for Senior Sommelier position, must able to speak in both English and Cantonese
-Less experience will be consider as Sommelier, able to speak in English, Cantonese is a plus
-Ability to oversee multiple wine programs
-Passionate about wine & food culture, possess in-depth and extensive knowledge of wine, whiskey, sake & cocktails
-WSET 3 or CMS Certificate is preferred
-Demonstrable staff training experience
-Food matching / wine event experience a plus
-Strong inter-personal, analytical and presentation skills
