Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Leading by example in terms of highest level of customer service
-Responsible for floor service and are assigned a section to oversee
-Heads opening and closing of the venue
-Training and motivation of staff, including Captains
-Leadership, coaching & development
-Stock & supplies
-Meetings & administration
Requirements:
-At least 1 year solid experience in Food and Beverage management
-Great communication and management skills
-Need to be positive, outgoing, engaging, and energetic
-Well-organized, self- motivated, great work ethic and a strong team player
-True hospitality professional with a desire to spread our good vibes around LKF
-Passion for food and beverage and a drive to provide outstanding guest experience
-Well rounded knowledge in various aspects of the restaurant, willingness to learn and grow with us
-Proven ability to build partnerships and working relationships with employees, guests, community, suppliers & shareholders
-Able to speak in English, Cantonese is a plus
