We are now seeking a high caliber candidate to join our expanding family with the following responsibilities:

Job responsibilities: 

• Provide high level of service in accordance with the company standards
• Develop relationships with guests
• Answer guest questions about food, beverages, and our facilities accurately in a friendly manner
• Prepare hot or cold beverages
• Serve food and beverages in an appropriate manner consistent with company standards
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, glasses and equipments
• Clean service and seating areas
• Responsible for order, receive and stock supplies
   

Requirements: 

• Form 5 graduate or above
• 2-3 years relevant experience
• Experience in hotel or fine dining is an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Team player
• Hard working
