Our Client is a well-established Service Center. They recently looking for strong background candidate to join as part of their CS Team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer's inbound call inquiries
• Provides all-around services for worldwide customers
• Service including: ticketing Issue/ flight and hotel reservations / prespecify travel / airfares information /answer general enquiries
• Provide supports to ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above. Major in Hotel Management, travel or hospitality studies will be an advantage
• Exp. in airline, Hotel Reservation, Travel industry or Customer Service is preferable
• Exp. in inbound call center is a plus
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and listening skills. Work independently with creative problem solving skills.
• Shift duty is needed
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
