Requirements
- Higher Diploma holder
- 2-3 years experience in customer service or front desk operation
- Background gained from hospitality, property or airlines is required
- Attention to details, customer-oriented with cheerful personality
- Trustworthy, flexible, team player and sense of responsibilities
- Good communication of both English and Mandarin
- Immediate available would be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Perform front desk & concierge services and respond to customers’ enquiries
- Maintain excellent rapport with customers by resolving their requests and complaints
- Provide support on ad hoc seasonal events and promotion campaigns as required
