Requirements

• Higher Diploma holder
• 2-3 years experience in customer service or front desk operation
• Background gained from hospitality, property or airlines is required
• Attention to details, customer-oriented with cheerful personality
• Trustworthy, flexible, team player and sense of responsibilities
• Good communication of both English and Mandarin
• Immediate available would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk & concierge services and respond to customers’ enquiries
• Maintain excellent rapport with customers by resolving their requests and complaints
• Provide support on ad hoc seasonal events and promotion campaigns as required
