Responsibilities:

• Purchase of food products, packing materials, cutleries & equipment for our restaurants.
• Souring with suppliers, price negotiation, require of product qualities & the delivery schedule.
• To assist the Operation team on planning & developing menu for cost savings.
• To assist the Food’s Workshop controlling of storage, quantity & the expiry.
• Performs on daily route duties and works closely with our restaurants.
• Data management & stock control in regard to the purchasing system.
• Perform other various duties & ad-hoc projects within timeline.

Requirements:

• Well organized, Self-motivated, Proactive, Good team work with related departments.
• Good negotiation skills & able to work in tight schedule.
• At least 5 years of purchasing administration experience.
• Knowledge in food & beverage or catering is an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Proficient in Windows, MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, Internet etc.).
• University graduate is necessary.
• Less experience will be considered as a Purchasing Officer.
