Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional service to the customers of E-shop
  • Handle and follow up customers' enquiries and complaints from different channels
  • Monitor and improve the customer service standard of frontline shops
  • Follow up any other project as assigned

Requirements:

  • University degree holder
  • 4 years or above relevant experience, preferably in luxury retail industry
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Self-motivated and passionate in personalized service
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Competent computer skill, especially in Excel and PowerPoint presentation
  • Work on shift duty with working day in weekend
