Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all operational activities;
• Act as change agent to drive changes and continuous improvement of production performance in terms of efficiency, productivity, quality, cost and safety;
• Responsible for production capacity analysis and ensure production quality standard;
• Ensure compliance of quality system requirement in production.
• Facilitate business process re-engineering projects and execute required changes;
• Perform ad-hoc assignment as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Manufacturing, PIE, IE or food industry related field;
• At least 8 years' experience in production of which at least 3 years at managerial position gained in F&B industry;
• Strong leadership, analytical mind, planning, organization and troubleshooting skills;
• Familiar with ISO22000 would be an advantage;
• Responsible and self-motivated, hands on and able to work under pressure;
• Fluent spoken and written of both English and Cantonese.
