Responsibilities:

• Documents creating and following
• Follow up shipment schedule & arrangement
• Monitor & track order status, to solve shipping issues with vendor & forwarder
• Give customer a timely result & confirmation
• Communication between customers and different departments of our company including in Guangzhou, HK, US, Brazil and Europe
• Customer relationship build-up and maintenance

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• 2 years working experience in international trade
• Mature, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proactive and detail-minded, with good problem solving and customer service sense
• Can work under pressure, good teamwork spirit
• Sound IT knowledge is preferred
• Training program in Guangzhou Office may be required
• Less experience or fresh graduate will also be considered
