A famous Italian Food and Wine Distributor in Hong Kong is now looking for high calibre candidates to fill following position:

Job Duties

• Identifying and resolving problems based on food safety concerns
• Determining in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications; and delegating the tasks effectively to respective subordinates in accordance with the operations needs
• Coordinate and participate work safety, quality assurance and hygiene procedures training to related staff
• Support the implementation of food safety, hygiene and quality assurance operation policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure the entire production process is in compliance with the corporate standard
• Regulatory compliance checking of products imported in HK with Purchase, e.g. product specification and nutrition label
• Maintain and improve product quality by surveillance audit / spot check, investigating customers' complaints and collaborating internally
• Prepare quality related documentation and reports by collecting and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, corrective actions and re-validations

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Food Science / Food Technology / Biochemistry/ Nutrition or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant QA experience field in food & catering industry with proven supervisory experience
• Certified FEHD Hygiene Manager with Knowledge in ISO 22000 / HACCP
