Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing service related to property management and assist in handling customers’ enquiries and requests 

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or related service industry
• People-oriented with full commitment to customer service
• Proactive and able to work under high pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word processing
• Willing to work on shift

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Guest Relations Officer.
