• Be in charge of operational practice making sure that each outlet runs smoothly and meets SOC standard;
• Consolidate relevant reports in order to grow market share and development business strategy;
• Cultivate and grow a strong team of committed projected revenues and sales target;
• Form Five or above;
• At least 10 years of experience in food & beverage with 5 years district management is preferred;
• Competency in decision-making, flexibility and analytical skills;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and management skills
