Responsibilities:

• Report to restaurant manager and manage daily operations and workflow of kitchen

• Ensure kitchen safety, hygiene, grooming and food quality are in line with company and regulations standard

• Maintain disciplines and ensure good performance of the kitchen staff

• Responsible for food preparation and cooking

Requirements:

• 5 years or above work experience in restaurant is preferred

• Good communication and strong leadership skills to coach and motivate your team

• Passionate in F&B industry

• Familiar with food safety knowledge

• Shift duties required
