This position possess a key role of driving sales, motivating the team and promoting the brand identity. 

Responsibilities:

•   Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
•   Lead, supervise, and coach service staff on delivering high quality customer service
•   Promote the company’s brand, products and services to the team and customers
•   Drive the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
•   Compile weekly and monthly reports
•   Motivate staff and develop team spirit 

 Requirements:

•    At least 6 years or above experience in the F&B industry of which 3 years in a supervisory role
•   Sales & customer-services focus
•   Positive, aggressive in excel targets and able to drive sales
•   Strong leadership and able to foster a teamwork spirit
•   Good communication skills at all level 
•   Good English and Chinese spoken and written skills
•   More experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Restaurant Manager
