Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily restaurant administration duties including cashiering, food purchasing, personnel, repair and maintenance, security and general administration of chain restaurants

• Ensure operating procedures and workflows of the restaurants are in compliance with local regulatory and QA policies and procedures of food safety and product quality, with regular hygiene inspection

• Act as communication channel with other internal departments

• Supervise the team and ensure everyday duties are well performed in accordance with schedule and corporate standard

• Conduct cost analysis against target and budget, take appropriate actions in order to meet the cost budget

• Assist to collect market research information on customer expectation, competitors and industry specification for business planning

• Participate in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to restaurant staff

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual cost reports for management review

• Assist in new store development, system development and other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Hospitality, Business Administration or related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years restaurant administration & operations management experience in F&B or Catering Industry

• Hands-on experience in store opening is a must

• Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with strong internal customer service mind

• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese

• Fluent spoken Korean will be advantageous

• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Word Processing
