Job Duties:

• Provide high level of Food & Beverage services to all Club members
• Ensure food and beverage regulations are complied with
• Interact with members, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Present menu and provide detailed information (eg. Portions, allergies)
• Accurate order taking in POS system

Requirements:

• Diploma in Hospitality or Catering Management or related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years’ solid experience in F & B or Hotels operation, with WSET qualification is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of wine & spirits
