Job Duties:

• provide full range of travel consultancy services to customers include flight, hotel or other travel arrangement
• plan tour itineraries
• handle customers’ enquires

Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Tourism Management or related discipline
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in travel industry
• Knowledge of ticketing Sabre system
• Proficient in PC operation including MS Office, Chinese and Japanese word processing
• Familiar with Japan (JLPT N3 or above)  is also preferable 
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
• Pet owner or with experience in pet industry is preferable
