Responsibilities:

-          Organize, coordinate and implement youth activities, events, tour operations, outbound exchange programme.

-          Assist in planning and organizing student training programme.

-          Act as tour guide of structural interflow learning abroad.

-          Liaise with different business partners and volunteers.

-          Initiate and draft funding applications and bidding proposals.

-          Prepare related work as required by the Centre-in-Charge such as budget, promotion materials, drafting programme proposals, minutes, letters, and other relevant correspondence materials.

-          Assist in any ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements:

-          Diploma or above in Travel, Tourism, Event Management or relevant discipline, preferably with Tour Guide Certificate.

-          2 years’ experience in NGO or travel agent; working experience in tour operations, outbound student exchange programme or knowledge of funding application will be an advantage.

-          Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese, fluency in Putonghua.

-          Responsible, hard-working, detailed-oriented & independent.

-          Good coordination, analytical, communication, interpersonal & time-management skills.

-          Required to conduct the Sexual Conviction Record Check due to work nature.
