The Product Marketing Executive will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, to provide the Sales team and customers with product management support. Emphasis will be on sourcing, marketing and product management of the food & beverage item

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source and Identify the potential product from both local and overseas.
• To assist in execution of product management such as formulating merchandising plans, product launch strategy, inventory control, product costing and pricing.
• Support and prepare product information to sales teams to achieve sales target.
• Formulate marketing strategies and implement marketing activities to strengthen the brand image.
• Monitor the sales to identify the potential product
• Monitor market conditions and competitors’ products, prices, and sales in order to understand market trend and products positioning.
• Arrange advertising and promotion activities, and evaluate the effectiveness of the activities
• Arrange the food labelling according to the regulation of Hong Kong
• Perform Ad hoc projects as required, such as organizing exhibitions, roadshow etc.
• Knowledge in organic and vegetarian product an asset

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree holder in Marketing or other related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of sourcing and marketing experience in food and beverage industry
• Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to work under pressure and take up new challenges
• Well-versed in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in computer applications
• Able to work independently with eagerness to learn
