Duties & Responsibilities:

• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.
• Responsible for the appropriate maintenance of the venue.
• Cash Handling, opening and closing of the till.
• Supervise Opening and closing of the venue
• Assist the venue manager to ensure standards are met
• Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
• Achieve company objectives in sales, service, and quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness.
• Attend to the daily staff meetings 5 minutes prior the meeting.
• Show the new hires all the venue procedures.
• Responsible to lead by example by being perfectly well groomed every day, and always make it on time to work.
• Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
• Responsible to learn the entire food and drinks menu
• Report any maintenance issue .

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, and knowledge of bar management will be a plus;
• Service-oriented with strong initiatives to build customer relationship;
• Self-motivated, independent and multitasking;
• Good command of written and spoken English with computer knowledge is a must.
