Our client who is a well-established European Gourmet Distributor in Hong Kong is looking for a Commercial Manager to market and sell their premium products to restaurants, hotels, cafés and corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell company products to current and potential clients as per corporate strategy;
• Identify sales prospects, establish professional rapports and materialize opportunities by formulating and executing account strategy and relevant action items;
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge;
• Manage delivery schedules, customer services and resolve client concerns;
• Prepare monthly budget and develop action items to achieve the budget independently;
• Follow-up on payment collection;
• Organize and participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.

Qualifications                                                   

• Five to eight years sales experiences in food distribution industry;
• Good connections with restaurants, hotels, cafés and corporate customers;
• Proven records in selling food and beverage products;
• Wants to win and can work under pressures;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to establish close professional rapports with different levels of people;
• Outstanding presentation skills;
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
