Reporting to the Director, Special Projects, the Project Manager is responsible for the global implementation of a cloud based fully IT driven Travel Expense Management (TEM) Solution on a minimum 12 months contract basis. 

Main Duties

  • Lead the implementation of a state of the art TEM solution across the group
  • Liaise with key stake holders across various countries to ensure a successful rollout
  • Define project scope, implementation plan and sequence of roll out
  • Define new processes for travel & expense management, train and support users, managers and administrators in the roll out
  • Accompany and project manage the roll out in the regional companies, advise managers on how to most effectively use the application, including modifying processes, procedures, work-flow, reporting and controlling
  • Problem Resolution and enhancements of application and processes
  • Define and implement standard travel and expense reporting for different stakeholders
  • Regular structured reporting on the progress of the implementation
  • Attend conference calls with Project Leaders from other regions as required
  • Other duties as directed

 

Requirements / Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess the following:

  • A minimum of 5 years of project management or project execution roles
  • Proven experience in implementing IT applications
  • Travel Industry or Travel Management Background is desirable
  • Proficiency with Web based systems
  • ERP knowledge, e.g. SAP R3, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite or similar
  • Proven project management skills and business acumen
  • performance and results driven.
  • Good presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written.
  • Works well in team environment, with excellent problem solving and change management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross - functionally with international teams and management on all levels
