Job Description:

• Perform hands-on installation, configuration, monitoring and maintenance of Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, IIS
• Perform daily application support to existing clients
• Provide technical support to internal users
• Support network components in our data centers, such as Firewalls, Active Directory
• Closely coordinate and work with project managers to deliver successful projects
• Manage and ensure quality of project deliverables
• Occasional on-site deployment to clients is required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in IT or related discipline
• Minimum  1 to 2  years experience in web application maintenance & support service
• Experience in Active Directory and server administration
• Knowledge of server based Windows operating systems
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
• Data backup/restore techniques
• Network (IP based) communications infrastructure and server- level troubleshooting techniques.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive, able to work independent
• Strong interpersonal and trouble-shooting skills
• MSCE holder would be an advantage
• Proficient in Cantonese and English
