Responsibilities

・Skillset of Pre-sales support;

・Project scheduling, tracking, and reporting;

・Designing, Development, and Testing the solutions to automate processes, PoC activities, and tasks through RPA and enhanced workflow automation platforms.

・Plan and participate in deployment of RPA platform components, including robots, orchestrators, development tools, etc.

・Maintain technical / Operation support documents include system and programming documentation, etc.

・Workflow analysis, development of robot, RPA training, UAT, etc. 

・Working at customer office

・Finish project on time with quality and cost control;

Requirements

・Fluent in Cantonese and English is a must, knowledge of Mandarin, Japanese or is an advantage.

・Project Management skills.

・System administration experience on MS and Linux platforms are essential.

・Knowledge and hands-on experience of programming skillset such as HTML, SQL, .Net, C#, Visual Basic, C++, Java, etc.

・Strong hands-on experience of UI Path or manipulation of Excel is preferable

・Good customer interface, oral communications, and technical writing skills are a must.

・Experience across the SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support and maintenance.

・Business case and technical documents preparation and presentation.

・University graduate in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines with 3+ years of software development experience
