Job Description
Looking for a Business Analyst / Insurance Analyst with strong skills in Business Analysis and Process Analysis experience in Life or Health Insurance domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients and the business users to identify and analyse core business processes and workflows
- Facilitating workshops with SME's
- Development of detailed business requirements and functional matrix charts
- Conduct functional testing to ensure compliance with business requirements
- Identifying key issues and risks
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 4-6 years experience as a Business Analyst, on large and complex projects
- Experienced in Life Insurance, Health Insurance or General Insurance domain
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business processes and workflows
- Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups
- Strong business/client engagement skills
- Experience in developing business requirements
- High level of competence with MS Office and MS Visio
