Major Responsibilities

• Serve as internal consultant in IT depatrtment
• Liaise with vendors, business users and IT team to support project implementation and problem resolution
• Undertake system analysis, design, testing, training, documentation and support activities on SAP system
• Review business processes and systems, identify inefficiencies and/or required functional enhancements, and establish standards and procedures
• Manage vendor to ensure deliverables are accurate and complete in good quality and within time and budget
• Perform system tests, assist in user acceptance testing and implement necessary measurements for quality control
• Coordinate and support system rollout and data migration process
• Provide production support and incident troubleshooting
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required

Qualifications/Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• More than 6 years of working experience in the IT field at Business/System Analyst level
• At least 4 years’ experience in SAP functional role, preferably with at least 1 full-cycle implementation experience
• Highly motivated and dedicated professional with sound knowledge on finance, procurement and human resources operation
• Self-initiative and able to work independently to meet deadline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Good project management and technical writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with different levels of stakeholder
• Enthuse over application development, systems administration work, and software maintenance
• Experience on creating functional/technical specification and test case
• Knowledge and relevant experience in the followings is an advantage:
• SAP: BASIS, HCM, FICO, MM, SM, SuccessFactors
• HANA database
• ABAP programming
• OS platform such as SUSE Linux, MS Windows
• Mobile development with Android, MDM etc.
• SAP certification in BASIS/HCM/FICO/MM/SM preferable
