Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain corporate website, intranet and mobile app by coordinating with internal departments and external vendors
• Enhance user friendliness of website and mobile app to improve the usage
• Participate in project development lifecycle process, prepare necessary documentation, perform user acceptance test, arrange the logistics for new service rollout, provide training and conduct quality checking
• Comply with relevant rules, regulations, ordinances for relevant services
• Manage website domain and security certificates
• Perform market research and competitor analysis
• Prepare data analysis and compile management reports

Requirements:

• University graduate in Information Technology, e-Commerceor other disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in website development and maintenance with exposure to e-channel or webpage design or management
• Solid experience in website / intranet / mobile app maintenance
• Good project management, interpersonal and communication skills
• Conversant with web analytics tools such as HTML, JavaScript, PHP, CSS, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc
• High awareness of quality assurance, risk control and security issues
• Good team player and self-motivated with problem solving skills
• Proficient in written English and Chinese
