IT Support Responsibility:

• Provide IT support to end user
• Build the PC/Laptop for the new joiner
• Installation of software and hardware for end user
• Responsible for ad hoc request by the end user

Unix Support Responsibility:

• Perform system related tasks, in order to provide effective and efficient computer systems for application development and production, such as hardware/software evaluation, planning & implementation, maintenance & support, applying patches & fixes, system monitoring & tuning, security baseline compliance review, problem solving, capacity planning, & inventory management
• Perform review of end-of-support hardware/software & plan for the upgrade or replacement
• Provide technical support and advice to application development teams, operations staff, IT management and any other relevant parties
• To assist the supervisor in streamlining operation procedures with reference to ITD policies, standards & guidelines
• Provide regular or adhoc support during office or non-office hour

IT Support Requirement:

• Diploma of IT or above
• 1-2 years working experience on IT support
• Basic knowledge in TCP/IP networking

Unix Support Requirement:

• Have 3 year experience on system support. Have Banking suport experience is preferable
• Solid administration experience on OS (AIX, Solaris, & Linux); 
• Good knowledge & experience on Application Server (Websphere, Weblogic, JRun, JBoss), Web Server (SunOne/iPlanet, Apache); 
• Sound knowledge on MQ, NetBackup, Firewall, Loadbalancer, Switch, SAN, JAVA, Shell Script, Database Server (Oracle, Sybase, DB2), Storage;
