Responsibilities: 

• Technical management on VMWare and VDI enterprise platforms including system design, VROps, capacity planning, performance review and troubleshooting 
• Define and maintain the standard operation workflow on Infrastructure services 
• Manage audit and regulation requests; provide and review the evidences promptly as required 
• Hands-on management of daily support operation on Infrastructure services and maintain the stability and secured Infrastructure environment 
• Proactive to propose the technical solutions for short and long-term Infrastructure architecture design and standardization based on industry standard, regulation and business requirements 
• Management of Infrastructure services projects, provide technical Infrastructure solutions for any IT or business project or BAU request 
• On-call standby support is required in non-office hours

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology or related discipline 
• At least 4 - 10 years’ solid working experience in systems design, implementation and troubleshooting and 3 years in enterprise systems architecture with standardization 
• Strong technical architect on VMWare virtualization 
• Technical experience on VDI enterprise with Citrix Xendesktop and software package is preferred 
• Project management experience is desired 
• Knowledge of storage and backup infrastructure is advance
