Requirement:

• Diploma / Associate Degree holder or above in IT related discipline
• Min. 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience, NGO background is preferred
• IT knowledge is required
• Good team player, self-motivated, independently, good communication skills and hard working
• Solid experience in managing and liaison with IT people or IT vendors

• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English

Job Duties:

• Implement projects to ensure the timelines and quality of deliverables
• Collaborate and arrange project meetings with stakeholders to follow up project status & issues
• Manage project processes, documentation, progress reporting, status meeting, meeting minutes and escalation effectively
• Coordinating with relevant parties to ensure systems requirement, implementation and system change requests are carried out properly on a timely basis
• Monitor project budget and progress and maintain good relationship among users, IT department and vendors
• Monitor the schedule and resources of the project
