Job Responsibilities:

• Review, design and develop wired and wireless communication network infrastructure including Data, VoIP, WAN/VPN, Wireless and Firewall to enhance network reliability.
• Develop and establish standard operating procedures for administering the network monitoring and performance measurement system.
• Analyse network problems and deficiencies proactively and provide technical support in trouble-shooting to ensure network healthiness.
• Research and evaluate potential network products, conduct POC of the technical solutions and recommend new initiatives for network enhancement.
• Develop and perform network security related policies and procedures to ensure corporate information network is well protected.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related IT discipline.
• Solid knowledge on internet, TCP/IP, MPLS/VPN, network routing protocol and tunneling, firewall/UTM technology, IPSec/SSLVPN and Netflow technology.
• Minimum 8 years working experience in ISP, carriers and global enterprise with complex network infrastructure with 3 years in senior engineer position.
• Experience in design and manage middle to large scale enterprise data and voice network.
• CCNP, CISSP, JNCIP, JNCIS-SSL certificate holder is preferred.
• Understanding of ITIL base service support model is an advantage.
