The successful candidate will report to Senior Manager of Business Technology Department and work with various business units to define and implement innovative solutions, lead efforts in bringing cutting-edge technologies to the organization, provide relevant suggestions to drive business values, initiate the projects, define processes and goals. Working at Group level, he/she will handle effective working relationship with various departments, external vendors to manage contracts and agreements. He/She will coach the operating and functional teams to define problems or desired outcomes, determine required information, synthesize findings, and recommend action.

Requirements:

• University degree holder or above in Business Management, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in project coordination duties with proven record
• Hands-on experience in system implementation and application support
• Experience in mobile and web analytics, business intelligence, CRM, Robotic Process Automation, Chatbot an advantage
• Knowledge in project management, change management, and ITIL
• Proactive in sharing ideas and making suggestions with writing skills to incorporate abstract concepts or complex topics into presentable ideas
• Good analytical skills and detail-minded
• Good interpersonal skills to work with all level of stakeholders
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
