Job brief:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Senior Engineer to oversee IT functions in our company. The Senior Engineer must have a solid technical background while able to manage and motivate people. The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating and implementing IT policies and systems that will meet objectives. He/she will be also doing a lot of R&D in AI (Artificial Intelligence) and data analytics.

Responsibilities
- Build highly scalable web sites, APIs and internal tools
- HR management for engineering team
- Enthusiastic with new technologies and product development
-Ensure strategic capacity planning

-Identify and recommend new technology solutions

-Identify priorities and communicate technology impacts throughout decision making process.

Requirements
- Full stack knowledge, including:

-- Expertise in PHP, JS
-- Expertise in RDBMS
-- Expertise in React Native
- Sophisticated HR skill

-At least 2 years of work experience

-Language: must be proficient in Chinese and English
