Responsibilities:

• Assist in system infrastructure design, system administration and system deployment
• Responsible for virtualization platforms 
• Work closely with software engineers and other teams to implement high reliability applications
• Daily system administration, local / overseas IT team technical support
• Facilitate in planning, implementation and improving on database / Exchange Email server administration and setup installation.
• Manage Network Router / Firewall / VPN system configuration.
• Implement upgrades and new network infrastructure at local or oversea factories. Deployment of system changes and assist in IT project activities
• Provide trouble shooting service, analyze system logs and identify potential issues in IT/Networking and support off-site users.
• Provide off-hours operational support on emergency support call and system deployment events as requested.
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years related work experience
• Solid hands-on hardware and storage management experience
• Experience with O365, MS AD, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, Exchange Server, Data Backup (Backup Exec), VMWare vSphere, Citrix XenDesktop, XenServer is a must
• Hand on experience in manage the servers, routers, switches, SAN, firewall, Apple iOS and all other network peripheral
• Experience with Cloud (Azure, AWS) is an advantage
• A fast learner in emerging technologies
• Innovative, strongly interested in new technology and willing to take up challenges
• Highly motivated team player with positive and proactive attitude
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
