Job Description
Our client, a well known Japanese company is looking for the candidate with the following details:
Duties
- Assist in project management for Procurement & Logistics requests
- Support Procurement operation on daily system issue and coordination with internal users
- Prepare reports for management analysis purpose
- Prepare report and assist Manager on system budget management
- Perform training material within Division and with business partners
- Support department activities such as audit, ISM and other improvement activity
- Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or above in any disciplines
- Good English and Mandarin; Japanese speaking is an advantage but not a must
- 1 year working experience such as customer services, procurement or ecommerce
- Proficient in MS Office especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Well organized, strong analytical skills as well as a good team player
