Leading management consulting group with presences in more than 80 countries is on a fast expansion path. This group has strengths on strategic deliveries in FS, TMT and Utilities field. To better execute strategies, they are looking for an experienced technology solution architect to join the senior management team, contributing from technical aspect.

As a Principal Enterprise Solution Architect, you will assist in advising the client on the overall IT architecture, including their software architecture, systems setup/integration and infrastructure with a good understanding of their various business functions.

On such role, you will lead specific sections of proposals and actively contribute to firm building (e.g. building the Utilities practice, knowledge management and transfer, take on buddy roles for new joiners, participate in recruiting events / job fairs etc.)

Job requirements:

• 10 - 15 years of management consulting/IT consulting experience in solution architecture for big corporates
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or IT
• Hands-on experience of working as an Enterprise Architect/Solutions Architect 
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken are essential
• Cantonese and/or Mandarin language skills are an advantage
• Strong experience in leading the design process, including system integration architecture, solution design defining the application, data, integration and infrastructure architecture
• Deep appreciation of latest and emerging technologies and practice, such as Smart Metering, DevOps, Cloud, Mobile development and other emerging direct channels
• Ability to work closely with a team of consultants on multiple client engagements, providing thought leadership and shaping the Solution design and estimation processes
• Experience advising clients and delivering architecture roadmaps and digital platform designs; end-to-end experience
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with senior business stakeholders to refine business strategy and drive business process improvements
• Contribute to status and progress reports to program stakeholder across business and IT
• Participate in program reviews with senior management
• Highly analytical, detail oriented and organised
