The jobholder will take up the following responsibilities in the IT team:

Responsibilities:

• As a key person in a brand new FinTech project
• Design microservice architecture with latest technologies
• Strong grasp of software design patterns and effective development methodologies
• Proactively address problems, though problem identification, solution design and delivery
• Participate in requirement collection and prepare technical specifications
• Ensure the design and system complies with security principles
• Ensure the design and system are maintainable, flexible and extendable
• Share relevant knowledge and skills
• Mentor and coach junior team member

 Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years experience in software architecture design and development
• An abiding interest in and competence for solving real-world business problems (with technology as an enabler)
• Solid experience in API gateway and microservice architecture design and development
• Latest technical knowledge and solid experience in either J2EE or .Net
• Solid experience and performance tuning skills in either Oracle or MS SQL
• Solid experience in real-time transaction, multi-threading, high availability, complex and secure application
• Solid experience in data modeling
• Solid experience in writing commercial-grade software applications
• Self-starting with high integrity and initiative
• Proactive and forward thinker; ability to think outside of the box
• Flexible, energetic and professional individual with the ability to interact effectively with different parties
• Experience in RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ or etc.
• Experience in container and docker
• Experience in Kubernetes or other production-grade container orchestration
• Experience in No-SQL (MongoDB or etc.)
• Experience in R or Python
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Well behavior in documentation

• 制定和实施项目技术方案，能够带领团队完成项目的需求分析和架构设计
• 确保系统符合安全性要求，确保系统的可维护性，灵活性和可扩展性
• 作为团队的技术导师，善于交流和分享

任职要求：

• 大学本科或以上学历，计算机相关专业，三年以上架构设计和开发工作经验
• 熟悉业务抽象和数据模型设计，具有很强的逻辑思维能力，分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情
• 精通微服务架构系统和开放API的设计和开发
• 熟悉J2EE或.NET两种技术架构下的系统设计，并能根据产品的实际需要选择不同的技术路线
• 熟练掌握至少一种Oracle/SQLServer/NoSQL等主流数据库，熟悉其中一种数据库优化与数据挖掘技术优先
• 精通大型分布式、高并发、高负载、高可用、多线程、异步的系统设计，开发和调优经验优先
• 熟悉各种主流软件技术、设计和开发流程及工具，对软件架构的选择、权衡、优化有完整的思路和认识
• 具备独立负责一个较大系统的方案选型和设计，系统的各种质量属性（功能、性能、可扩展性、可靠性、高可用、可维护性、安全性等）的能力
• 具有很强的逻辑思维能力，熟悉业务抽象和数据模型设计，工作积极主动，有责任心，并具有很强的分析能力和解决问题的能力，较强的学习能力和沟通能力
• 熟悉云计算和容器技术(如Docker、Container、Kubernetes)，熟悉微服务架构风格，各种消息中间件（如RabbitMQ、ActiveMQ等）
• 具备一定的 R or Python 经验，熟悉大数据的分析和相关工具的使用
• 具备良好的英文读写和沟通能力，具备粤语能力优先
• 具备良好的英文文档撰写能力

 上班时间：

• 周一至周五，周末双休；9：00~18：00，中午1个小时休息时间，17日香港法定有薪假期另加有薪年假
