Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for maintenance system and network infrastructure, logs monitoring, system security and backup process
- Providing support on Serves, Web infrastructure, LAN, VPN , network appliance, database, email system and other computer systems
- To participate for system services delivery
- To provide support in office automation activities
- Internal and external IT project implementation
- To provide ad-hoc technical support on mission critical systems
Requirements :
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or in relevant disciplines
- At least 2 years working experience in system and network administration
- Experience in MS Windows server (AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, MS SQL)
- Experience in LAN/WAN infrastructure and related network products (Firewall, switches, Web application firewall)
- Knowledge of Virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V, Azure)
- Good command of problem solving and communication skill
- Excellent communication skill in both written/spoken English and Chinese
- Immediately available is preferred
- Candidate with less experience will be considered
