We are looking for a Business Analysis Manager to play an instrumental role with business process designs and finance initiatives. 

Responsibilities 

• Analyze complex business process requirements.
• Develop, configure, implement, and maintain applications, products, custom screens, and workflows to align with strategic visions and application functionality.
• Create, analyze and document user requirements, procedures, and policies to optimize the use of technology to align with business strategies. Documentation includes user processes, customized configurations for core system and third party applications, and application user manuals.
• Manage technical staff and vendor relationships throughout the software and process lifecycles.
• Manage and administer user maintenance, security, and configurations for the core processing system and third party applications.

Requirements 

Have 5 years’ Operations experience within the Life Insurance sector. 

Extensive experience across Life Insurance Products and Systems in New Business, Underwriting, Policy Servicing, Claims, Accounting etc. 

Strong Agile methodology. 

Degree in IT/Business or relevant disciplines 

Be a good communicator in English & Cantonese (verbal and written). 

Preferable competencies: RMI, FLMI, ALU, ACII 

Preferable CPA, CMA
