Job Scope:

• Provide project management leadership for the development and implementation of new ERP, POS, and other IT projects
• Responsible for the execution and supervision of project deliverables and the day-to-day operations of the project, including risk identification/mitigation, budget, status updates, meeting minutes, etc.
• Provide strong expertise to develop, evaluate and execute implementation plans, and develop and clarify requirements, scope and technology feasibility for the project
• Acquisition, assignment and ongoing management of project resources
• Communication of project status to the Management, the Project Committee, the external consultants and users
• Track and measure project performance based on schedule, scope, budget and project goals using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Good knowledge on project delivery documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree holder in IT or related discipline
• 10 years of experience preferably gained from FMCG industry
• Minimum 4-5 years of project management experience in ERP / POS implementation with solid technical background and hands-on experience
• Demonstrated experience in leading project teams and successfully overseeing projects involving ERP / POS solutions with cross-functional internal customers and external vendors
• Preference will be given to those with ERP project management experiences in Kingdee Cloud
• Project management certification holder is preferred
• CISSP certification or equivalent holder is a plus
• Require strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Putonghua
• Require strong analytical skills, good judgement and decision-making ability
• Frequent travel to China is required
