Our client is a fast-growing FINTECH start-up with global presence. Due to their continuous expansion, they are now seeking for a Software Development Lead  to join their technology team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to both your team members and your project peers enabling successful outcomes
• Assure that the quality of work completed is sufficient and that technical milestones are accomplished
• Develop project and resource plans, schedules and day-to-day project management to ensure successful releases
• Allocate engineering resources appropriately across various projects, balancing current customer needs with long term product roadmap needs
• Ensure that the product is fully and correctly defined, implemented, tested and documented

Requirements:

• Exceptional management and people skills
• Advanced understanding of the software development life cycle
• The ability to engage and motivate staff
• Hands-on coding ability in web technologies
• Strong communication and analytical skills
