Job Responsibilities:

• Source, design and implement IT products and solutions for system integration based on business and user requirements
• Enable users’ competence on the existing or developed IT system by providing user training and creating user manuals
• Provide user support for system problems including investigating root cause and suggesting solutions for problems
• Management of IT related projects 

Job Requirements:

• Associate Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• 3-5 year application support or development experience
• Knowledge of TYPO3, FileZilla and BigCommerce
• Supporting experience in CRM, EDM, HR & Accounting system, etc. is a plus
• User training, system sourcing & integration experience is an advantage
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skills
• Proactive and can-do attitude
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
