The integration team is in charge of delivering integration products / services on a global scale, including the A2A, B2B, cloud integration solution and so on. Seeking for innovations and commercialize IT products are also the objective of the team.

The integration architect is part of integration team. You will be responsible to product design, setup and development, such as ESB, EDI gateway etc. You will also be responsible to setup the guidelines and governance of integration architect, mapping & development (and more) for the solution implementation.

The team works according to Agile practices, you will work with the Product managers, Commercial Product managers (TBD), Business Analysts to ensure successful product developments.

Key responsibilities: 

• Do market research to select the right (integration) product supporting the integration product development strategy;
• Design the product, such as ESB, EDI gateway;
• Setup the product;
• Develop the product;
• Own and define integration architect principles, guidelines, and governance;
• Own and define the development / mapping principles, guidelines, and governance;
• Coach the implementation team (how to develop and use the integration products);
• Govern / supervise the implementations / developments;
• Participate in and support ongoing development and optimization projects;
• Design the solution (architect), A2A, B2B or others;
• Setup and maintain, in close cooperation with the enterprise architect, DAMCO’s corporate architecture model;
• Participate in due diligence of new software purchases needed for the product success, aligned with IT principles and also by reviewing all proposed architecture models contained in packaged or commercially available applications;
• Drive innovations;

Who we are looking for:

• Comprehensive IT knowledge
• Deep knowledge of integration domain, especially on Oracle SOA suit, Oracle ESB, EDI gateway, Azure cloud solution;
• Experience in working with AGILE and SCRUM
• Good understanding of Damco IT landscape and technologies used with Damco IT products
• Experience in working in an international environment
• Excellent communication skills, able to build and maintain relationships
• Analytical skills
• Collaborative mind set, open to feedback
