Responsibilities:

Contract to a government department to provide project management, technical evaluation, system design and analysis, enhancement and support for application systems including the Service Performance Management Information System (SPMIS), and End User Computing Systems (EUCSs).

• Coordinate the technical evaluation, proof-of-concept, system design and implementation of application system for the collection of returns with different data sources including the on-line forms, interface files and web services;
• Provide technical advices on operating system platforms, directory service and system infrastructures to end users of EUCSs;
• Responsible for system support and administration of application system and website;
• Coordinate and monitor the outsourced contractors for on-going support; and
• Provide technical advice to end users on the security risk assessment and audit exercises.

Requirements:

• Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 7 years IT work experience;
• Minimum 3 years experience as System Analyst or similar capacity;
• Solid experience in implementing and supporting e-submission system with different data sources including on-line data entry forms, interface files or submission through web services;
• Knowledge of e-Form builder for creating, maintaining on-line data entry forms;
• Knowledge and experience in design, development and support of IT systems riding on the Government infrastructure;
• Self-initiate and be able to complete job assignments with minimum supervision; and
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
