Responsibilities:

Contract to a government department to provide IT support and advice for the testing, production rollout and nursing for the implementation of Immigration Control System (ICONS) at new control points.

• Provide support to testing, production rollout and nursing for the implementation of ICONS;
• Monitor and review the work done by contractors on the quality and compliance with government standards; and
• Perform diagnosis with contractors on technical issues and monitor the progress of the remedial actions.

Requirements:

• Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years IT work experience;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Windows 8/10 support;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Windows Server 2012 support;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Networking; and
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
