The Role:

As a Software Engineer, you will join an expanding team of talents responsible for the development of our flagship CBX cloud platform. Consideration for Software Engineer or Senior Software Engineer position depending on qualification, skills and experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new functions, features and libraries

• Enhance/optimize capabilities and performance of existing functions/features

• Write engineering specifications

• Coding and comprehensive unit testing

• Partner with product design/management team to ensure understanding of requirements

Skills:

• High-level of competency in data structures, algorithms, and object oriented software design

• Proven abilities in producing prototypes, design specification, source code modules and test cases

• Proficient in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, AJAX, REST, XML, and JSON

• Strong JAVA programming skills

• Understanding and experience with the Agile development methodology

• Experience in large-scale server side software development and relational database programming

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin

• Self-motivated, can work independently and in a team with minimum guidance

Qualifications:

• BS/MS/PhD degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar disciplines

• 3+ years of relevant experience
