Job Responsibilities

This position will play a key leadership role in initiating andoverseeing the development and implementation of technology projects in information technology, RegTech, officeautomation and other new technology initiatives of Listed Issuer Regulation(LIR) with a view to improving or enhancing the overall team’s operationalefficiency.  

• To communicate with LIR internal teams and identify initiatives for improvement based on operational needs
• To oversee the overall planning and implementation of LIR technology projects and monitor project progress and delivery
• To coordinate with other internal departments (including Information Technology Development) and external service providers, where appropriate, in relation to the LIR technology projects

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT project management, of which 3+ years should be in the financial services industry
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated with the ability to multi-task and proven experience to deliver technology solutions to meet business needs
• Working experience with FinTech/RegTech/AI/office process automation technology is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
