Job Description:

• Responsible for on-site support and training for Pos end user
• Responsible for day-to-day operations, trouble shooting and scheduled tasks of software and hardware to shop operations, including POS systems, tablets, CCTV, Wifi and routers
• To provide for application support and helpdesk
• To assist for server setup, maintenance and monitoring
• To assist software change, update, upgrade and delivery, etc.
• Report to Product Manager for the progress status

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline with at least 1 year experience (pos experience is preferred) (less experience will also be considered) 
• Knowledge of Windows server and Linux administration
• Experience in SQL server and Oracle Database administration, performance tuning, and operation is an advantage
• Work independently and Self-discipline
• Willing to work on public holidays
• Fast learner, Proactive, Responsible
