Job Duties:

• Manage projects implementation
• Carry out feasibility study of any new requirements
• Prepare documentation on requirement and technical specification, and user manual
• Perform system design, development, testing, implementation, support, maintenance and enhancement
• Evaluate and recommend new IT products and technologies
• Provide system maintenance and support of production systems
• Responsible for the work assignment and coaching of team members and contract staff working in the project.
• Monitor the development by Analyst Programmer / Programmer.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 4-5 years of working experience in IT industry, preferably with support or hands-on in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
• Must possess an intermediate level of Java programming experience, preferably in Spring and Hibernate framework
• Troubleshooting experience on Windows and Linux platform, Databases (MySQL, MSSQL)
• With Banking experience is highly appreciated
• Stable, responsible, good sense of belonging with excellent communication skills
• Good concept and hands-on experience in system development methodology and life cycle
• Less experience will be considered as Java Developer / Analyst Programmer
• HK Permanent Resident is required
